Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are determined by your item’s size and weight, and your delivery address. Each product has an estimated processing time, which is given in business days and provided on the product’s page. Your full delivery timeframe includes both processing time and the time your item is in transit. All products are sent via Local Standard Shipping, DHL or E-packet with a delivery timeframe of 5-14 business days (Including 2-4 days for shipment).
The delivery of the goods can be tracked by the track numbers sent to you by e-mail after the shipment of the goods.

Order confirmation email
- Order confirmation emails name one item from the order.
- Orders that contain multiple items display the order quantity.
- An order confirmation email includes:
- Recipient name
- Shipping address
- Order cost
- Planned Delivery Date
- Business Customer Service contact information
- Order number
- You can select the order number mentioned in the order confirmation email to view your Order Summary.
Multiple Item Orders
Your items may be shipped from different warehouses.
- Your items may arrive separately.
- Each package will have its own tracking number.
- Tracking number each packkage you can find in email notice from us.

Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs for countries outside EU or postal delays.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We use amply sized boxes or bubble wrap envelops , so your items are discreet and well-protected.
We do our best to keep up with the growing demand for popular items. Sometimes, pre-transit order delays still happen. If an order is delayed, we’ll send order update emails in real-time.
Delivery Delays
If there’s a delay in your scheduled delivery, you may get a email message to change your delivery order. You can choose a delivery time slot within the next 24 hours.
Contact with customer care if you haven’t received your order after email of the delivery.
Delivery Returned to Store
If your driver returns your delivery to store, we will contact you to reschedule your delivery. If we can’t reschedule it, we’ll cancel your delivery order and won’t charge you for it.
Drivers return orders when:
- they can’t find your address.
- no safe location is found.
- you aren’t reachable.
- you canceled your order.
- to comply with food safety rules.
Shipping and Carrier Delays
The order tracker displays new estimated delivery dates.
Contacr with us if:
- your tracking information hasn’t updated for two business days.
- it’s two business days after your estimated delivery date.
